Herbert Zaiser |
| Mr. Herbert W. Zaiser, died August 3rd, 2012 at his home in Tyrone Twp. Mr. Zaiser was born in Stuttgart, Germany in 1924 to Wilhelm & Anna Zaiser. He came to the USA as a child and settled in Laurium, MI and eventually to Flint. He graduated from Flint Northern in 1941. He attended GMI and after 2 years in the Army, graduated GMI in 1947. He worked 51 years at AC Spark Plug Division as a tooling engineer. He married Donna Paulsen in 1952. Herb and his family moved to Fenton in 1971 and resided there until his death. Surviving are his wife, Donna; children, Paul of Fenton, Marc (Tracy) of Gaines, Dianne(Dale) Russell of Holly, and Kurt (Disa) of Chula Vista, CA; six grandchildren, Emily, Rebekah(Brent), Koen, Soren, Annaka and Troy; and two great grandchildren, Lilliana and Selah. He was preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, 11:00am at the Temrowski Family Funeral Home, 500 Main St., Fenton. Interment will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. |
